Senior Marketing Technology Coordinator needed to join a reputable law firm’s marketing & business development team. The Senior Marketing Technology Coordinator plans and executes assignments and projects related to Practice Group webinars, firm’s online subscriber-based Library, and OnDemand platform as well as designs marketing materials, including digital and print. In addition, this position performs a variety of audit and data quality assurance tasks to ensure accurate and prompt entry and reporting of marketing data. They also interface directly with clients in a customer-support role.
Specific Senior Marketing Technology Coordinator duties include:
- Design all marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media and email marketing graphics, promotional flyers, and client invitations.
- Design and update Firm marketing templates, including PowerPoint decks and Requests for Proposal (“RFP”) information.
- Create, design and distribute client communications, including newsletters and special bulletins.
- Work with Business Development Manager to update and track advertising opportunities.
- Assist with RFP response assembly, design, and packaging.
- Coordinate assigned workshop updates to ensure timely completion and proper formatting of workshop material using Firm style guides.
- Work with the Firm’s Practice Groups to schedule, coordinate, and execute webinar based presentations and seminars.
- Coordinate e-commerce programs including monitoring and assessing operational
- effectiveness and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance.
- Maintain, update and provide customer service for marketing and training materials,
- including Library, Webinar-On-Demand and Learning Management System.
- Assist with Firm annual conference.
- Moderate and facilitate webinars.
Qualified Senior Marketing Coordinator candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
- Two to four years of relevant professional work experience in a professional office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience in WordPress, Learning Management System, SCORM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to build credibility with clients, Partners and Associates and form a collaborative relationship with other team members and staff.
- Some travel throughout California for conferences, presentations and training required.
