Experienced Corporate Paralegal needed to join a leading Los Angeles-based law firm. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will work closely with a highly functioning legal team and be responsible for creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents. The firm prides itself on firm culture, and this work will primarily be in-office, with one work from home day per week.
Ideal Corporate Paralegal candidates will have the following:
- The ability to draft formations, dissolutions, mergers, bylaw agreements, operating agreements, and purchase and sales transactions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or the equivalent.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent.
- ABA approved paralegal certificate.
Ideal candidates can apply and expect an immediate response. While salary is dependent on experience, we are targeting candidates in the 95-115k base salary range.
