Mitch has over 19 years of recruiting experience. His experience has ranged from aerospace to engineering, with the last 6 years focused on legal and technical support to law firms and Fortune 500 companies. He enjoys being involved and learning how technology is constantly creating demand for new skills and employees. Mitch’s goal is to recruit with passion & energy, and treat both candidates and clients with the utmost integrity and honesty.

Originally from Geneva, IL; Mitch earned a Sports Marketing degree from Indiana University, and a Masters of Business Administration at Pepperdine University. As a Part-Time Instructor at Loyola Marymount University, Mitch teaches classes on professional recruiting within the College of Business Administration. Mitch is an avid skier, cyclist, urban farmer and home winemaker, but spends most of his time now chasing after his three kids when he’s not at work.

James Nobles is an incoming senior at Sonoma State University from Los Angeles, California pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance. During his studies, James realized the value of recruitment as well as the importance of being a standout candidate in the job market. He admires the chance to learn about various job roles as well as help others acquire their dream job opportunities. James aspires to elevate the industry by bringing energy and a great work ethic to Rufca Recruiting Services.

Outside of the classroom, James is an NCAA scholarship athlete who previously played Division 1 basketball at Loyola Marymount University and currently plays at Sonoma State University, where he acts as captain to the 15-man roster. He also enjoys video games and cooking Caribbean food in his free time.
